Halloween brings out the kid in all of us:) If you have children or grandchildren you might be planning a Halloween party or extravaganza for the whole neighborhood. We see competitions everywhere in life. From Dancing with the stars, Olympics, chess tournaments, and yes even in magic. Competitions are funny animals...they are exciting, electrifying, disappointing, and an education. On paper it may look like so and so is going to win the gold medal in the Olympics, but muscles are torn, on any given day one individual could beat out another...strange happenings:) How do we go about ensuring fairness in the judging?
